Your urllo charge

Wondering why there’s a charge from urllo on your credit card statement? It’s a recurring charge for our service. We provide URL redirection services for you.

Who is urllo?

We’re a company that specializes in URL redirection. We help some of the world’s biggest businesses connect with their audiences across all their domains and websites.

What’s URL redirection?

It’s when you make one web address (i.e. a URL) forward to another web address. It’s a part of your web hosting infrastructure, and frequently used by marketing and IT teams to make sure your website visitors get forwarded to the right place.

Why are you charging us?

This is a recurring charge for urllo’s redirect services. You, or someone within your organization, is using urllo’s redirection services to redirect domains that you/your organization owns and operates.

Still don’t recognize this?

We’ve recently rebranded, so it’s possible you know us by our previous brand name: “EasyRedir.” If EasyRedir and urllo don’t ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. It’s most likely that someone else at your company signed up for our services. Try checking with your marketing or IT teams.

Can we get a receipt for the charges?

Every time we charge your card we send a PDF invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when on signup. To download a copy, log in to your urllo account, click the Settings dropdown in the left side navigation, then select Subscription & invoices. You’ll see a list of all the invoices we’ve ever sent you.

If you are an enterprise customer and pay via PO/invoice, please contact us for copies of your invoices.

How can I cancel my account?

Log in to your urllo account, click the Settings dropdown in the left side navigation, click Profile, and then scroll to the bottom and press Delete Organization. We will immediately delete your redirects, team members, analytics data and cancel your subscription so you will not be charged again. You are still responsible for all previous charges.

Can we get a refund?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have contracts or cancellation fees – just pay as you go and cancel when you want. If you feel this charge is fraudulent, please get in touch.
