Sarah is a passionate sales and management leader with over two decades of experience in the start-up, technology, real estate and music/advertising sectors. She’s worked around the globe, including stops in Los Angeles and London, U.K and in senior leadership roles in both sales and client services. Outside of work, Sarah’s into travel, spending time with her family – and food. In fact, Sarah started her entrepreneurial journey years ago when she founded and ran her own bakery. Which is why she’s still the premier source of baked goods inside the urllo office.

William Richards

Founder & CEO

William has over two decades of experience building mission critical software for a wide range of companies, including at the enterprise level with startups and in the public sector. In 2014, William imagined, designed, built and launched the world’s first SaaS solution for URL redirects. He’s been innovating ever since, helping organizations around the world connect with their important audiences. In his downtime, William is an avid traveler and photographer. He’s also got musical chops, playing both piano and drums.

Shannon is a seasoned professional in the customer success space. She has years of experience in a wide variety of customer-facing roles in sectors including tech start-ups, automotive service and a brief, non-glamourous stint at a car rental company. Her guilty pleasures include trash TV, tricking others into snowshoeing up mountains and anything candy cane flavoured. Always ready to take on the next challenge, whether it be a new offensive cross stitch pattern or making her dogs sit still for another themed photo, she is prepared for anything.

Matt brings over 15 years of experience in building brands, acquiring customers and scaling revenue for growth-stage companies. He has taken two companies from $0 to millions in revenue, and driven one successful exit. At urllo he aligns marketing, customer success, and sales to maximize value for our customers. His values-first leadership approach focuses on providing clarity, stability, and autonomy to his team. An avid runner, hiker, skier and backpacker, he likes to explore the outdoors with his family.
